this hostel is about 10 mins walk to the Wulingyuan park EAST gate. but it is located on side street so not noisy. there are shops and restaurants around. room is large and every thing like TV internet air condition work perfect. we have got useful map and route suggestion of the park from the front desk girl. we like the place.

Very well located, affordable, and with great customer service. Staff at the reception helped me with the Zhangjiajie route (even if no English spoken) and with general info about town. They also helped getting a cab (as I was arriving late from Zhangjiajie). Recommended!

Nothing fancy here but clean room with enough space, 5 mins walk to restaurant and ＜10mins from main park entrance/ticket office with a very helpful staff (owner?) that provided useful explanation on trails to take, bus system and even let me have a shower (basic shared restroom) after check-out (quite useful after a day hiking and before getting on a long train journey)

Very nice staff and stay! We do recommend this place especially because it’s very close to the National Park entrance. The staff helped us a lot planning our trips to the park! We bought the tickets directly through the staff discounted and more convenient than buying everything at the ticket corner! Also, the staff gave us amazing spot recommendations for the park! Just ask them about their favourite spots :)

Boss is very friendly and will help to plan for you the daily iternery, including booking tickets to the place of interest.
Walking distance to Wulingyuan and public bus transport.
The hotel has washer and dryer to use free of charge!
Big table and chairs around near front counter to facilitate mingling with other travellers.

The hotel was just a 10 minutes walking distance to the wulingyuan gate. Super convenient! Don’t have to worry about food as there were many nice eateries around the hotel. Very friendly bosses. The bosses are always ready to help you if you’re facing any difficulties. Overall, a pleasant stay!
